1. Put a small drop of Wahl Clipper Oil between the blades after each use. Oil should be applied while the clipper is running. After cutting wet hair, clean the blades and apply a small drop of Wahl Clipper Oil. Use Wahl Clipper Oil ONLY. Apply the oil after each use.

3. Streaks and missing hair are caused by a gummy sticky surface on the blades, so keep your clipper clean and the blades well oiled.

週五起逐日回暖下週飆至30度 專家：有暫離冬天錯覺
氣象專家吳德榮表示，13日起氣溫逐漸回升，且未2019秒購商品來一週無明顯冷空氣南下，將有暫離冬天的錯覺。
中央氣象局表示，今天清晨輻射冷卻效應仍明顯，各地低溫攝氏13到16度，新竹、苗栗、南投、雲林、高雄及花蓮靠近山區地方有10度左右低溫。北部地區雲量較昨天增加，晚起降雨機率將提升。
國立中央大學大氣科學系兼任副教授吳德榮在「三立準氣象．老大洩天機」專欄也表示，最新模式模擬顯示，週五起至週日（13至15日）北部及花3C那買最便宜東多雲時晴，中南部晴時多雲，僅北海岸、北部山區及東北部有局部短暫雨的機率；氣溫逐日漸升。
吳德榮表示，週日中南部高溫都在攝氏30度以上，北部也會回升至接近30度左右；下週一（16日）西半部高溫都將升至30生活達人 度以上，白天微熱的天氣。
他表示，未來一週並無明顯冷空氣南下，尤其是週日（15日）之後、愈來愈暖，帶來暫離冬天的錯覺。（中央社）
東北季風增強 29日清晨低溫下探16度
受到東北季風增強影響，今天水氣增加，北部溫度落在攝氏20到21滿額免運度左右，中央氣象局預估這波東北季風最冷的時間點在明天（29日）清晨，低溫約在16度，沿海空曠地區可能更低。
氣象局表示，今天仍受東北季風影響，在桃園以北、東半部地區相對於其他地區降雨機率高一些，其中基隆北海岸、大台北山區、東北部地區依舊有短暫雨，基隆北海岸局部地區有大雨的可能，桃園以北的北部地區雲多偶有小飄雨，其餘的東半部及北部地區降雨較為零星，西半部地區大多為多雲到晴。
氣溫方面，高溫和昨天相比有下降的趨勢，雲多局部地區下雨的北部及宜蘭整天在20、21度左右，花哪個最便宜東約24、25度，中南部約26至28度，今晚明晨中部以北及宜蘭約16、17度，沿海空曠地區可能更低，其他地區19、20度左右，中南部日夜溫差仍大。
氣象局預報員李孟軒說，預估這波東北季風最冷的時間會落在明天清晨，屆時低溫可能會落在16度左右，沿海空曠地區也可能再低個1到2度。
他說，明天水氣減少，降雨範圍會縮小，30日起東北季風減弱，溫度回升，但仍有零星水氣，北部及東半部將有局部降雨，12月1日晚上起東北季風再度增強。
李孟軒指出，預估下週二（12月3日）清晨中部以北將下探13度，有機會達到大陸冷氣團的強度，但是仍需要再觀察。
國立中央大學大氣科學系兼任副教授吳德榮也在「三立準氣象．老大洩天機」專欄表示，最新模式模擬顯示，12月1日晚上起又有較前波略強的冷空氣南下，天氣轉冷，下週二（12月3日）清晨降到最低，氣象局測站約15度，北台灣空曠平地約13、1信用卡刷卡回饋4度，接近大陸冷氣團的標準（氣象局≦14度），提醒民眾注意保暖。
至於颱風北冕，李孟軒說，今天早上8時已經增強為中度颱風，預計強度還會持續增強，有機會達到強烈颱風等級。路徑方面，他說，預計大致上會往菲律賓的方向前進，可能會對台灣帶來水氣。（中央社）
